  • Kennesaw’s programs are modeled to reflect the organization of the construction industry by offering concentrations in Land Development, General Contracting, Specialty Construction (Electrical & Mechanical), Heavy Construction, Facilities Management and Residential Construction. This organization not only covers the different facets of the construction industry but also encompasses the entire life cycle of buildings and facilities.
  • Kennesaw endeavors to exceed the accreditation (ABET, ACCE, IFMA) standards for BS and MS programs to not only stay competitive but remain a leader among institutions offering one or more similar degrees or concentrations.

Academic Eligibility:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Construction Technology, Architecture, Management, or a related degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Official copy of scores on the Graduate Record Exam "General Test"; or the GMAT
  • Official transcript from each college the applicant has attended. Official Evaluation of all foreign transcripts is required.
  • An undergraduate GPA of 2.75 or better on a 4.00 scale
  • International students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
