The Department of Management offers a comprehensive undergraduate program in management through a variety of courses in organizations and management theory, human resources, operations and production management, and strategic management.

The purpose of the program is to prepare the student for the challenges of modern management by providing an overall understanding of the basic functions of management as well as appropriate skills and problem solving methods.

The program introduces the student to the complexities of organizational variables and provides an appropriate framework for examining various institutions and the external environment in which these units operate.
