Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have a baccalaureate degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university (for U.S. degrees, accreditation by one of the six regional accrediting associations: MSA, NASC, NCA, NEASC-CIHE, SACS-CC or WACS-Sr.).
- An undergraduate and graduate (if applicable) cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.00.
- Undergraduate coursework in fields related to public health should generally exceed a GPA of 3.00.
- Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE scores.
Indian Student Eligibility:
- Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Students need to have a minimum of first-class or upper Second with a minimum of 60% on an institutional basis.

Because it is close to home and has a really good program for public health. It is also in Texas so it is not as expensive as if I went to another state because all other states are more expensive than Texas.
