Low tuition among universities with the same level of research and high reputation. I wanted to get into this university for more exposure and better facilities.
- Students will study courses like Computer Architecture Principles, Analysis of Algorithms, Computer Networks, Distributed Operating System Principles, and Embedded Systems.
- The program is available with a thesis and non-thesis options and both required 30 credits.
- This program is offered by the College of Engineering.
- As EDGE students, students view the same course lectures, complete the same assignments and exams as UF campus-based engineering students.
- UF EDGE offers online master's degrees from seven of our gator engineering departments with multiple degree program tracks (emphasized areas of study) available in these seven majors.
- Each master's degree program consists of 10 courses. Courses are offered on a semesterly basis, with various course offerings for the fall, spring, and summer terms.
- Students can begin a degree program in any one of these three semesters and are free to take as many or as few courses as their work and life schedule permits each semester.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must hold a recognized baccalaureate, graduate, or professional degree from a regionally accredited US institution or a comparable degree from an international institution.
- For applicants with a bachelor’s degree only, a minimum grade point average of B (3.0) is required.
- Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL to get admission to this program.
- Submission of GRE scores is required.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Completed a 4-year UG degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Completed a master’s degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
