Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Applicant must have completed a bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Submit an official transcript from all your previous college/universities attended
- Official transcripts should include courses taken, grades, annual mark sheets, and leaving certificates
- Official transcripts should be evaluated course by course with GPA from an evaluation agency such as ECE or WES etc
- Applicants should have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent for admissions consideration
- Applicants having less than 3.0 GPA in their undergraduate programs must submit a minimum score of 402 on the MAT or a minimum of 300 (V+Q) on the General Test of the GRE
- Submit three reference contacts, two of whom must be previous work supervisors or academic references, or someone who will be able to respond to questions concerning the candidate’s suitability for graduate study in school counseling
- Submit a personal statement that will answer questions about the applicant
- Applicants should complete a pre admissions interview
- Applicant must have completed 6 hours of following courses in undergraduate; Introduction/General Psychology; Educational Psychology or Developmental Psychology (Child or Adolescent); a course in special education
- Upload a resume which should reflect experience of working with children and/or adolescents through paid employment, extensive volunteer work and/or internship
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 550 in PBT; 213 in CBT; 79 in IBT
- IELTS: minimum 6.0
- Duolingo: minimum score of 100
