Academic Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in healthcare or related field
- Equivalent of three undergraduate credit hours in statistics or accounting
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 in undergraduate studies
- Applicants with GPA less than 3.0 need to submit GMAT/GRE scores
