  • Finegan Hall: Houses over 250 students, It is a traditional style residence hall, meant for first- year only, consisting of fully furnished double bedrooms and comes with a micro-fridge.
  • North Hall: Houses over 290 students and meant for first-year only. It is a co-ed suite-style residence hall with single-gender suites of 2-5 people in single and double bedrooms. This hall shares some of the features with Finegan hall with the only difference is it comes with a fully furnished kitchen, fireplace, study tables, workout rooms, and laundry rooms.
  • Freeman and Walker Apartments: Houses 98 and 29 students respectively, It is a 3-story building with single-gender apartments. Each apartment is fully furnished, with two double bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom.

Work Study Gannon University

Students who are on F-1 and J-1 visas are eligible to work on-campus for up to 20 hours per week if the school is in session. During break periods, those students can work for up to 40 hours per week. Students on F-1 visas are not eligible to work off-campus except in extreme circumstances.

Graduate students can apply their knowledge and skills by working as graduate assistants in a number of departments as per the opening. Tuition remission will be granted according to the category of the positions which range between 7200-9000 USD annually along with a stipend between 3500-3800 USD annually as compensation for the hours worked.
