The track offers courses in technical writing, news writing, business writing, and writing for digital media. Professional writing students develop strong skills in electronic research, writing, layout, web design, and editing.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Submit official transcripts of all the previous coursework with evaluation by NACES
- Official transcripts must include course by course evaluation and document by document evaluation
- Students must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 or equivalent
- Submit SAT or ACT scores with minimum score of 480 in evidence based reading/writing and 440 in Maths (old SAT), 440 in critical reading and 410 in Math (new SAT), 17 in English or 17 in reading and Maths (ACT)
- Submit English language proficiency scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 79 in iBT
- IELTS: minimum 6.5
- Pearson: minimum 58
- MET: minimum 59
