Important Dates
The B.A. in Computer Science program requires a compact set of a computer science core, as well as a second concentration in a non-computer science discipline, satisfied by a second major, a minor, or a set of coordinated courses developed through consultation with an advisor.? Graduates from the B.A. program are thus expected to have knowledge and skill in computer science plus a complementary discipline to which computing applies.? The emphasis in this program is less theoretical/mathematical, and more on the applied side of computing.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Submit official transcripts showing grades of the past three years
- Official transcripts should be evaluated by a NACES accredited agency
- Submit a proof of high school graduation
- Submit one essay on a topic from among the topics provided by the university
- Submit English language proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 70 in iBT (with minimum 14 in each section); minimum 523 in PBT (with minimum 46 in each section)
- IELTS: minimum 6.0 ( with minimum 5.0 in each section)
- Duolingo: minimum 105
- PTE: minimum 48
- SAT: minimum 500 in evidence based writing and reading
- ACT: minimum 19 in the English section
