All admitted doctoral students receive a fellowship that covers the cost of tuition and health insurance and provides a stipend.
Students begin the organization studies program with a set of complementary courses in micro- and macro-organizational theory, qualitative and quantitative research methods, statistics, and teaching skills.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- Current curriculum vitae, including education, research, and professional information.
- Transcripts from every college or university in which student was enrolled in a degree-granting program.
- Personal Statement(s), using the guidelines provided in the online application.
- Recommendations from two individuals students can provide an objective appraisal of their capacity for intensive graduate study and potential for professional success.
