Gatton College of Business and Economics Admission Deadline

Following are the application deadlines for admission to the Gatton College of Business and Economics:

Note:

  • The priority deadline for international students applying for scholarships is December 1. Applications received after this date, shall not be eligible for scholarships.
  • In the case of graduate students, some programs may have a specific deadline other than those stated above.

Gatton College of Business and Economics International Admission

International Centre of the Gatton College of Business and Economics, University of Kentucky processes international applications. Students are admitted to classes for the fall and spring semesters.

Admission Requirements for International Students

  • English translations of all official transcripts.
  • English test scores, directly sent to Gatton College from the test centers.
  • ACT/SAT test scores, to be submitted by those applying for engineering programs and scholarships.
  • Bank statement, showing a credit balance of at least $46,500 for undergraduate and $49,200 for graduate, in order to cover the costs of tuition and living for a year.
  • A copy of a valid passport
  • A duly filled sponsor guarantee form

English Proficiency Requirements for International Students

Applicants who are not native speakers of English, need to submit the following test scores, to demonstrate proficiency in English:

Students who get admission into the University of Kentucky as freshmen shall be granted admission as pre-major students into the Gatton College of Business and Economics. Full admission is granted to applicants who meet all the academic and English proficiency requirements provided they have not attended college or university classes after having finished their secondary schooling.
