As a part of their responsibilities, PAs perform physical exams, diagnose illnesses, develop and carry out treatment plans, order and interpret lab tests, assist in surgery, provide patient education and prescribe medications.
Upon graduation, PAs take a national certification examination developed by the National Commission on Certification of PAs (NCCPA).

Academic Requirements:
- Applicants must have completed a bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Submit official transcripts of all previous education completed
- Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.2 or equivalent
- Applicant must complete the following prerequisite courses: anatomy and physiology; general biology; general chemistry; organic chemistry; genetics; microbiology
- Submit a personal statement describing your desire to join the program
- Applicants must have completed 500 clinical hours of the health experience
- Submit two letters of recommendation from a current employer, professor or supervisor
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 100 in ibt;
- IELTS: minimum 6.5
- PTE: minimum 59
