Develop your own narrative

Take one of a wide array of interdisciplinary courses that combine literature with environmental studies, film, history, music, foreign languages and more. Interested in Irish literature? Study abroad in Ireland?or Italy, Denmark or India. You can also meet outstanding visiting artists like Art Spiegelman, David Sedaris and Margaret Atwood, without ever leaving campus.

The next chapter

English majors have gone on to become physicians, choreographers and Hollywood show runners, as well as writers, teachers and lawyers.
