Established in 2007, Vikrant University imparts education through two of its campuses present in Gwalior and Indore. Vikrant University Gwalior consists of 10 schools that offer education in the field of Engineering, Commerce, Management, Humanities, Law, Computer, etc. It offers courses ranging from certificates, diplomas, UG, PG, and Ph.D.
- Admission to UG and PG courses is based on merit secured in the qualifying exam.
- For B.Tech., candidates must have qualified JEE Main exam.
- MBA admission is based on a valid score on the CAT/ XAT/ GMAT exam.

At PG level, the institute also offers PGDCA and PGDM for 1-year and 2-year duration respectively. Graduates in any stream with 50% marks can apply for these programs. The qualifying score for SC/ ST/ OBC categories is 45% marks.
Admission to PGDCA is based on merit secured in the qualifying exam while PGDM admission is based on CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA exam followed by GD and PI. How to Apply for Vikrant University Gwalior?
Aspiring applicants can fill online as well as offline application form for applying to the desired course. The steps to apply in both the modes are mentioned below:
Online Application:
- Go to the official website of Vikrant University Gwalior
- Select the ‘Online Application Form’ under the Admission tab
- Now fill the form with necessary details such as campus, course, name, etc.
- Also pay the application fee of INR 600/-
Offline Application:
Candidates can download the application form and send it in the form of hard copy or they can avail it from the institute’s office and submit the duly filled form at the admission desk/ counter along with payment of INR 600/- in form of Cash/ DD/ Cheque.

Vikrant University, Gwalior Scholarships
Every year Vikrant University Gwalior offers Scholarships on the basis of VSAT exam to the following students:
- Any Student whose name figures in the first five in the University.
- Students topping the course in first year.
- A Student achieving distinction in any field and as felt appropriate by the Society.
- As per UGC/AICTE norms for handicapped and poor students.
- At the discretion of the Society.
Based on the score obtained in the VSAT, candidates avail 100% Scholarships or other exciting prizes. Additionally, those who have secured more than 70% marks in 10th or 12th standard are also eligible for the Scholarships.
