Sister Nivedita University offers a popular B.Tech in seven specializations. The specializations and details are as follows:

B.Tech course is offered in the following specializations:

• Computer Science and Engineering
• Cyber Security
• Internet of Things
• Robotics and Automation
• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

• Computer Science and Business Systems

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the B.Tech must have passed Physics & Mathematics; and anyone of the following: Chemistry or Computer Science, in the 10+2 examination, the minimum aggregate of 50%

Selection Criteria

• Admissions to the B.Tech course are conducted on a Merit basis.
• Admission is done on the basis of marks scored in JESNU/  JEE Mains exam.
• Candidates should score more than the cut off marks for admission in full time 4 years course.

The UG programs are offered in the following specializations

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Sc: 10+2 with 50% marks in Science streams.
• B.Sc Psychology: 10+2 with a minimum of 60% marks.
• BA: Candidates must pass the 10+2 exam or an equivalent exam with 55% marks.
• B.Com: Candidates must pass the 10+2 exam or an equivalent exam with 55% marks from Science or Commerce stream.
• BCA: Candidates need to pass the 10+2 exam with a minimum of 50% marks in Science or Commerce stream with Maths.

Selection Criteria

• For admission in B.Sc, BA, B.Com, or BCA course you need to clear the JESNU exam conducted by the WBJEE which is conducted by the university.
• Candidate need to clear the exam with the proper cut off marks set by the university

Sister Nivedita provides BBA in the fields of:

1. Healthcare Management / Hospital Management
2. Digital Marketing
3. Sports Management
4. Financial Markets (BSE Industry Integrated)
5. Business Process (TCS Industry Integrated)

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates need to pass the 10+2 exam with a minimum of 50% marks in Science/ Commerce/ Humanities stream.

Selection Criteria

• Selection is based on the marks in CAT / MAT / GMAT / XAT or Appearing in SNUET is Compulsory.

SNU offers five courses in the stream of Law. The details of these courses are as follows:

Eligibility Criteria

• For admissions in Pharm or GNM you need to clear the class 12th examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology as subjects, with 50% marks.
• Valid score in WBJEE is mandatory.

Selection Criteria

• For admission in B.Pharm and GNM courses, candidates need to clear the West Bengal Joint JESNU exam conducted by the WBJEE.

The M.Tech courses offered in the following specializations:

• Computer Science And Engineering

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates need to pass the B.Tech in the relevant field with 60 % marks from the recognized university.
• Candidates can also apply with a minimum of 6.5 GPA out of 10.

Selection Criteria

Selection is based on the marks obtained in GATE examination or University JESNU exam conducted by the WBJEE.

Eligibility Criteria

M.Sc:

• Candidates need to complete the graduation with 55% marks in the Honors/Major in the subject concerned in B.Sc. 

MA:

• Candidates need to complete the graduation in any discipline under the 10+2+3 system Securing a minimum of 40% marks (if Honors/ Major course).
• For sociology course, Candidate needs to complete the graduation in any discipline under the 10+2+3 system Securing a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate.

M.Com:

• Candidates need to score at least 50% marks in B.Com.

MCA:

• Candidates need to pass the graduation with a minimum of 50% marks.
• BCA / B.Sc. / B.Com with Maths students can apply

Selection Criteria

• For admission in M.Sc, MA, M.Com, MCA candidate must have valid scores in SNUET.
