Executive Master of Technology [Ex.M.Tech] (Artificial Intelligence and Data Science) (Part Time) From IIT Dharwad, Dharwad

General Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates with the following qualifications can apply:

• Should have a B.E/B.Tech. or equivalent (M.Sc./MCA or equivalent or M.E./M.Tech. or equivalent can also apply).
• Should be a working professional with at least two years of experience in a relevant industry.

The minimum score in the qualifying degree:

The eligibility criteria for the qualifying degree (B.E/B.Tech. or equivalent) is either of the following two:

• A minimum of 60% marks (without round-off) in aggregate over the entire duration of the undergraduate program, or
• A minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) or Cumulative Performance Index (CPI) of 6.0 on a scale of 0-10 with corresponding proportional requirements when the scales are other than 0-10 (for example, 4.8 on a scale of 0-8).

Fees structure:-

• The fees payable are Rs. 10,000/- per credit registered.
• A nominal one-time registration fee of Rs. 15,100/- to be paid at the time of registration. It includes admission, transcript, medical examination, convocation, etc. charges.
• It is normally expected that all candidates will register for courses and strive to complete the program at the earliest. However, sometimes it may not be possible to register for the course(s) in a particular term/semester. In such cases, in order to maintain the bonafide status of the candidates with the institute in the later semesters, the candidate has to pay a semester registration fee of Rs. 10,000/-.
• To encourage academic excellence, a concession will be given for fees for the Executive M.Tech. Thesis/Project – A student having a CPI of 9.0 or more will be needed to pay Rs. 5,000/- per M.Tech. project credit, A student having a CPI of 8.0 or more but less than 9.0 will be needed to pay Rs. 7,500/- per project credit.
• The fees are payable in full before the beginning of each semester, i.e., at the time of course registration for that semester. All fees are non-refundable.
