Graphic Era Hill University, Bhimtal Campus (GEHU) Admission 2024: Important Dates, Registration

Graphic Era Hill University offers B.Sc program of 3-years duration with 3 specializations and intake of 60 students, and BCA, BBA, B.Com. program of 3-years duration with the intake of 60 in each. The university runs B.Tech. program of 4-years duration with 8 specializations.

Candidates who have completed 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biotechnology/ Biology with minimum 50% marks are considered eligible to join BSc course. The minimum eligibility require for admission to B.Tech. is candidates must have passed 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Applicants who have completed 10+2 in any discipline with at least 50% marks are eligible to take admission to BBA, BCA, and B.Com.

Admission to BSc program is given on the basis of previous year academic merit. Candidates are admitted to BBA, BCA, B.Com course on the basis of GEJET (Graphics Era Joint Entrance Test) conducted by the University. Selection to B.Tech is done through JEE Main / GEJET scores.

Graphic Era Hill University runs regular and lateral entry MCA programs of 2-years duration with the intake of 45 seats in both, MBA program with total 60 seats and M.Tech course with 3 specializations and with the capacity of 18 seats in each.

The minimum eligibility requirement for admission to MBA program is candidates must have completed Graduation in relevant discipline from a recognized University. Similarly, those who hold Bachelor’s Degree in any specialization with Mathematics as a compulsory subject at 10+2 level are eligible to get admission to MCA. While admission to MCA LTE program the minimum eligibility requirement is applicants must have completed BSc (CS or IT) or BCA course from a recognized University. Students who have completed MCA, MSc, BE, or B.Tech in relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks are eligible to join M.Tech program.

Admission to MCA course is given on the basis of UPTU-SEE/ UTU-SEE merit and marks obtained in Graduation. Additionally, candidates are admitted to MCA LTE course on merit-basis. Selection of the candidates for admission to M.Tech course is done based on the candidate’s valid GATE score and percentage obtained in Graduation. Candidates are admitted to MBA course through CAT/ XAT/ MAT followed by group discussion and personal interview round conducted by the University.

Graphic Era Hill University offers regular and lateral entry Diploma program in five specializations.

Candidates who have passed class 10th from a recognized Board are considered eligible to get admission to regular Diploma program. The minimum eligibility requirement for admission to lateral entry Diploma program is candidates must have completed +2 in any discipline.

Admission to both regular and lateral entry Diploma program is given on the basis of the applicant’s merit in the qualifying examination.

Graphic Era Hill University offers the Doctoral program in two specializations. Candidates seeking admission to the Doctoral program shall have completed Master’s Degree in relevant discipline with at least 55% marks (50% for SC and ST candidates) or hold Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and Administration awarded by IIM are considered eligible to join the course.

The University grants admission to the course on the basis of valid GATE/ NET/ SLET score followed by written test and interview round.
