I applied for the BTech ECE course at Parul University last year. The eligibility criteria for admission is as follows:

You need to pass 12th with mandatory subjects - Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Biology.
You need to score at least 45% of marks in theory and practical in these subjects.
There is a 5% relaxation of marks for reserved category students (SC/ST/OBC).

One of my friends has recently been admitted to the BHMS course at Parul, so I can clear your doubts.

The general eligibility for the BHMS program is that you have to pass 12th from the science stream, with PCB combo, i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The general candidates need to have at least 50% of marks in aggregate in 12, and 50 percentile in NEET. The reserved category students need to have at least 40% of marks in 12, and 40 percentile in NEET.

You need to have completed 10+2 along with Physics and Maths or Biology as compulsory subjects along with other subjects such as Chemistry/Information Technology/Biotechnology/Computer Science/Electronics, etc. Your aggregate score in these subjects should be at least 45%. For reserved category students, the required aggregate is 40%.
