Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing, Kurnool, popularly known as IIITDM-K, was established in the year 2015 by the MHRD. The institute was formed to improve the competitiveness of Indian products in the global market by pursuing design and manufacturing-oriented engineering education. IIITDM Kurnool Courses and Eligibility
Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Management Kurnool offers three specializations in the Undergraduate program, Bachelors of Technology and five specializations in the Doctoral program. The details of the courses and their eligibility are given below:
Course 1: B.Tech (CSE, EE, and ME)
- Duration – 4 Years
- Seat Intake – 40 each specialization
- Eligibility – Intermediate(10+2) in Science with at least 75%, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects
Course: Ph.D. (CSE, EE, ME, Physics, and Mathematics)
- Duration – 5 Years
- Eligibility for –
- M.Tech holders: 60% in concerned subject with a valid GATE/NET score

IIITDM Kurnool Admissions
Admission to undergraduate courses is based on the JEE Main Cutoff and seats are allocated by JoSAA whereas admission to doctoral courses is based on GATE/NET cutoff followed by the personal interview:

Step 1: Visit the centralized website of JEE Main Exam (jeemain.nta.nic.in)
Step 2: Click on 'New User' and register by implementing a valid contact number and email id.
Step 3: Enter JEE Main Login credentials and fill-in correct information like:
- Past academic details
- The medium of language for JEE-Main Exam
- Choice of Paper
- Category (General/ SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD)
- Nearby exam cities
Step 4: Upload scanned 'Passport-size Photograph' and 'Signature' in a given size and format.

IIITDM Kurnool Scholarships
Candidates can avail scholarships based on merit and economical level. There are two kinds of scholarships can be availed by the students:
- Scholarship for SC students - B.Tech students belonging to scheduled caste and economically weaker backgrounds (annual income - INR 6 lakhs or less) will be given scholarship from the central government. For details, click: (www.scholarships.gov.in.)
- National Fellowship for ST students - B.Tech students belonging to scheduled tribe, INR 45,000 will be admissible for computer accessories, INR 3000 for Books and Stationary, and INR 2,200 for living expenses (hostelers)
