BML Munjal University (BMU), Gurgaon is inviting applications for admission to its PhD program for the Winter Session 2023 (July). Interested candidates can apply online by submitting their applications at bmu.edu.in. The last date to apply is May 23, 2023.

To be eligible for BML Munjal University PhD Admission 2023, candidates need to have a master's degree in the required field with at least 55% marks or equivalent grades. Selection of applicants will be based on marks secured in the qualifying entrance exam followed by an interview conducted by the selection committee. 

BML Munjal University offers a full-time and part-time PhD programs in more than 20 specializations. The full-time PhD is offered with a duration of three years and a limit of six years. The course duration for the part-time PhD program is four years. BMU PhD admission depends on GATE/UGC NET/GMAT/Written Test scores. BML Munjal University PhD Course Details 

BML Munjal University offers both full-time and part-time PhD programmes in Engineering, Management and Law.

  • Duration: The full-time course is offered across 3 years and a limit of 6 years. The part time course is offered over 4 years.
  • Assessment: The progress of the research work is monitored by PhD supervisor(s). A School level committee and a university-level committee (URPC) are present to monitor the student’s progress on a systematic schedule basis. After submission of the thesis and completion of the review process by the reviewers, the candidate is required to defend his/her thesis before a PhD. Examination Committee. Upon satisfactory defence from the student’s side, the committee shall recommend the thesis for the award of a PhD degree.
  • PhD program structure: The PhD program at BML Munjal University has six major divisions- Prescribed Pre-PhD Course Work, Research Protocol Presentation, monthly progress review, Pre-Synopsis Report and Presentation, Submission of Thesis and PhD Defence and Final Viva-Voce.
