I am pursuing a Bsc. Agriculture as I came to know about the job opportunities associated with it. Faculty: The student ratio is poor because of a lack of recruitment in this sector for a long time. Quality of teaching is average because there are a limited number of teachers who could inculcate our interest in this subject through their good teaching methods. Others were just presenting slides and reading out the lines written on them. Random announcement of exams was frequent with only 40 percent syllabus completed in 3 months and 60 percent syllabus completed only 10 days before the exam. Moreover, there were midterm,endterm, and viva throughout 1 month and it was very hectic due to continuous 33 exam papers conducted at a time.

The faculty and profs are very helpful, no extra tuition is needed, library is available. Exams are not that punctual but moderately easy to pass.

Almost 100 students were admitted to the agriculture faculty. Almost 30 students were admitted to both the horticulture and agriculture engineering faculty. Well facilitated organized way of teaching.
