All students are required to attend the classes in every registered course. A shortfall of not more than 15% is allowed in each course. The student may be condoned for attendance shortfall beyond the regular amount of 15%. This is however not beyond a total shortfall of 25% which may be due to medical or duty leave.

The salient features of the Policy include: - Valid for 12 months, 4000+ hospitals are covered across the country under this policy, no room capping required, there's no waiting period. Ambulance charges may vary up to 1500 per hospitalization and also the Pre Hospitalization and Post Hospitalization for 30 days & 60 days respectively are covered as well.

What has the SNU Noida done in order to prevent ragging?

Shiv Nadar University has taken several anti-ragging measures and follows a zero-tolerance level policy against ragging. All students will be required to file an online Anti-ragging Undertakings every academic year.
