The University offers a Full-Time B.Tech course in various specializations. The program is offered in regular mode for 4 years.

The program is offered under the following specializations-Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, Civil Engineering, and Electrical Engineering

Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate who wants admission must cleared class 10+2 (Physics, Mathematics & any other subject allowed by CBSE or Equivalent Board) with min. 45% marks are eligible to apply.
• Candidates will have to qualify UPSEE to secure admission in B.Tech

Selection Criteria

The selection criteria for B.Tech admission is based on marks scored in UPSEE governed during college counselling.

Avadh University offers UG courses in Bachelor of Fine Arts, Bachelor of Physical Education & Sports and Bachelor of Social Work.

The University offers a Full-Time BA in Jainology and B.Sc. courses in various specializations. The program is offered in regular mode for 3 years.

B.Sc. is offered under Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Electronics, CS, Biotechnology, Microbiology, and Environmental Science.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate who wants admission must clear class 10+2 in any stream within min. 45% marks are eligible to apply.

To apply for B.Sc. and BA, the candidates must have passed 12th class or equivalent with 50% marks in relevant subjects.

Candidates who have cleared 10+2 (CBSE or any Equivalent Board) with min. 45% marks are eligible to apply for B.Voc.

Selection Criteria

Admission in Bachelor of Fine Arts, Bachelor of Physical Education & Sports and Bachelor of Social Work is given on the basis of merit list of class 12

Admission in BA and B.Sc. at RMLAU is given on the basis of marks of class 12.

RMLAU offers Bachelor of Library and Information Science as a full time three year course after graduation.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates cleared their Graduation degree in any discipline with min. 45% marks (SC/ST 40%, OBC 42%) are eligible to apply.

Selection Criteria

Selection in Bachelor of Library and Information Science is based on the marks in AUCAT. 

Eligibility

For BBA, the candidate must have 45% marks in class 12 examinations and for BCA, 40% marks are minimum required.

Selection Criteria

Selection in BBA and BCA courses is done on the basis of marks scored in Avadh University Combined Admission Test (AUCAT).

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must satisfies one of the following criteria to apply for B.P.Ed: 

• Bachelor's Degree with Physical Education as an elective subject with 50% marks 

                                                                                         Or

• Bachelor's Degree with Physical Education as an elective subject with 45% marks and participation in National or State or Inter-University competitions in sports or games or athletics recognized by Association of Indian Universities or Indian Olympic Association; or Bachelor's Degree with 45%  marks and having participated in National or State or Inter-university Sports or games or athletics; 

                                                                                          Or

• For deputed in-service candidates (i.e. trained physical education teachers/coaches) Graduation with 45% marks and at least three years of teaching experience;

                                                                                          Or

• Provided that the reservation of seats for SC or ST or OBC and other categories shall be as in accordance with the Central Government or State Government rules and a relaxation of 5%  in marks in eligibility qualification shall be allowed to candidates belonging to those categories"

Selection Criteria

• The universities give admission on the basis of cut-off marks which are decided on the marks of Bachelor's Degree with Physical Education as elective. The cut-off marks are released and students who fulfil the eligibility can opt for the admission.
• AUCAT score is also considered.

The program is offered in regular mode for 2 years. The University offers M.Tech courses in various specializations: Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate having degree in M.Tech/B.E./MCA/ M.Sc. (Physics/ Math)/ M.Sc. (Electronics) M.Sc. (CS/IT) with min. 50% marks are eligible to apply.

Selection Criteria

The selection criteria for M.Tech admission is based on marks scored in GATE governed during counselling

The University offers a Full-Time MA and M.Sc. courses in various specializations. M.A. is offered in MA: Economics and Rural Development, History, Culture and Archaeology, Ext. Education & Rural Development, Mass Communication & Journalism (MCJ), Governance in Public Policy, Hindi, English, Sindhi, Applied Psychology, and Jainology.

M.Sc.: Physics, Statistics, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Electronics, Environmental Science, Biotechnology, Geography, Geology

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates done B.Sc. or BA in relevant subject or Suitable combination with minimum of 50% Marks (45% for reserved categories) are eligible to apply for M.Sc. and MA respectively.

Selection Criteria

Selection in Masters of Science and Master of Arts is done on the basis of marks scored in AUCAT.

At the professional level, the university offers an MBA and MCA. MBA is offered under- Finance & Control, Agri. Business, Hospitality Management, and Tourism Management

Eligibility Criteria

MBA

• Candidates having a degree of Graduation with at least 50% marks in any discipline are eligible to apply for MBA in Finance & Control. 
• For MBA in Agri. Business candidates with a degree in B.Sc. Agriculture/B.Sc. Bio/ B.Tech. (Biotechnology) with 50% marks are eligible.
• MBA in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management have eligibility of 45% in graduation degree in any discipline.

MCA

Candidate with BCA/ Bachelor Degree in computer science or equivalent degree or passed B.Sc. / B.Com./ BA with Mathematics at 10+2 level or graduation level with additional bridge course as per university norms. 50% marks (45% for reserved category) are eligible to apply.

Selection Criteria

MBA and MCA selection criteria is based on marks scored in the UPSEE exam.

Avadh University offers Master of Social Work, Master of Public Health and Master of Tourism Administration as postgraduate degrees.

Eligibility Criteria

MSW & MTA- Candidates with a graduation degree in any discipline with 45% marks are eligible.

MPH- Any graduate of Science, Medical graduates in any discipline, B.A. with any subject (Inter with Biology is Compulsory for B.A. student) and Master of Social Works is eligible.

Selection Criteria

Selection in MSW, MPH and MTA courses is done on the basis of marks scored in Avadh University Combined Admission Test (AUCAT).

RMLAU offers Master of Fine Arts- Painting & Master of Performing Art as two year full-time courses.

MFA is offered under Creative Painting, Creative Landscape, Portrait, Graphics(Printmaking), and Mural.

Eligibility Criteria

MFA- Candidate with degree in BFA/ BVA/ B.Fine (Painting) with minimum 50% Marks (45% for SC-ST) are eligible to apply for MFA 

MPA- Eligibility for MPA is as follows: Candidates with Graduation in Music or Sangeet Prabhakar from  Pryag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad / Sangeet Visharad Bhatkhande Sangeet VidyaPeeth Lucknow / Sangeet Pravah Bhatkhande Sangeet Sansthan Lucknow / Sangeet Visharad- A. Bha. Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mumbai  Or 6 years diploma in Music. 

Selection Criteria

Selection in MFA & MPA courses is done on the basis of marks scored in Avadh University Combined Admission Test (AUCAT).

The university offers a Master in Library and Information Science as a two year full time course.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates graduated in B.Lib.I.Sc./ BLIS. with at least 45% marks are eligible to apply for Master in Library and Information Science.

Selection Criteria

Selection in Master in Library and Information Science is done on the basis of marks scored in Avadh University Combined Admission Test (AUCAT).

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate having LLB degree with minimum 50% marks are eligible to apply for LLM

Selection Criteria

• Admission in LLM is given on the basis of merit of LLB degree
• Candidates qualified AUCAT will be given preference

RMLAU offers Ph.D. in various disciplines at Doctorate level. Basic eligibility is a pass in Master’s degree with 55% marks in aggregate. The admission is offered on the basis of the Common Eligibility Test (CET) followed by an interview.

Eligibility Criteria

55% (50% for reserved categories) marks in the PG degree.

Selection Criteria

On the basis of performance in the Common Eligibility Test followed by an interview.

The test will consist of two MCQs based papers for the duration of two & three hours respectively. The first paper will consist of 100 questions from Research Aptitude & General Awareness while the second paper will consist of 200 questions related to subject knowledge.

Note-

• GATE, CSIR (UGC), JRF or NET qualified candidates will be exempted from the Common Eligibility Test.
• Final year students can also apply for admission in Ph.D. courses.
• Minimum qualifying marks for CET are 40% in each paper followed by an aggregate of 50% in total.
• The application fee for Ph.D. is INR 800 (INR 400 for reserved categories).
