• Candidate can submit application to the university along with the DD of Rs. 500/- in favour of "Sri Ramachandra University" payable at Chennai.

3. Attempt Certificate (First year to Final year)
4. Community Certificate (SC/ST/BC/OBC Candidates must enclose photocopy of the Certificate)
5. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
6. MBBS/BDS Provisional Pass Certificate - I/II or Degree Certificate
7. Internship Certificate
8. State Medical Council’s/State Dental Council’s Permanent Registration Certificate
9. Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate/HSC Mark Statement
10. Conduct Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution last studied.

Aspirants seeking admission to 3 year Full-time MS Program should have passed MBBS degree in relevant stream.
