Ph.D. (Organizational Behavior and Human Resources) From IIM Udaipur, Udaipur

IIM Udaipur offers admission to PhD in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Management courses for students meeting the following eligibility criteria:

• Students with 1 year Master’s degree program after 4 years of Bachelor’s degree are eligible. 
• Applicants with 2 years of Master’s degree after 3 years of Bachelor’s degree are also eligible for PhD Admission at IIM Udaipur. 
• Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks in aggregate in Master’s. 
• Candidates with CA (ICAI), ICWA, and CS along with a Bachelor’s degree with 60% aggregate are also eligible for admission. 
• 4-year / 8-semester Bachelor's Degree with 75% marks or equivalent.
• Students must be graduating from the UGC-recognized university. 

Final year (Bachelor’s/Master’s) degree students applying for PhD program at IIM Udaipur before receiving their degree will be provided with provisional acceptance. Applicants must submit a bonafide certificate at the time of registration signed by HOD stating that the applicant has completed all examinations/submissions required to complete the degree.

IIM Udaipur PhD in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Management Selection Criteria 

Applicants are selected based on merit in the Research Aptitude Test (RAT) followed by the Personal Interview (PI) conducted by IIM Udaipur. The institute also accepts valid scores in CAT/ GMAT/ GRE/ NET-JRF for students applying for PhD in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Management provided that scores are valid at the time of admission.
