Institute of Advanced Studies in Education Admission 2023: Admission schedule, Application process

Institute of Advanced Studies in Education Deemed University offers five courses under the B.E. / B.Tech program. Other than the four major branches, the University also offers an engineering degree in Biotechnology. Candidates need to be 10+2 pass in Mathematics stream with at least 45% marks.

Admission into the program is through the Rajasthan Pre-Engineering Test, RPET. Candidates must register at the official website of the Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan to appear for the examination.

Candidates who clear RPET will then be called for the counselling process of the examination. They will then be allotted seats in the colleges on the basis of their specialization and merit. Candidates shall have to fulfil all the other formalities required the University.

IASE Deemed University provides quality B.Ed. programs. The University mainly offers two kinds of B.Ed. programs, one under the Department of Education of the University while the other is under the Shiksha Shastri Mahavidyalaya. The University offers a 4-year B.A. B.Ed. and B.Sc. B.Ed. courses as well.  

Admissions to the B.Ed. programs require the candidates to clear the Pre Teacher Education Test, PTET organized by the Rajasthan State Govt agency and Pre-Shiksha Entrance Test for B.Ed (Shiksha Shastri) course. Candidates must visit the PTET official website to apply online.

The eligibility and selection criteria for the B.Ed. program:

The qualified candidates will have to attend the PTET Counselling session where they will be allotted seats. Allocation of seats is based on the reservation and other formalities required by the State Govt.

IASE offers B.Sc. and B.A. undergraduate courses. All the undergraduate programs require the candidate to be 10+2 pass in the relevant stream. Admissions to these courses will be on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination. 

Candidates must fill in the Admission form available on the University website and submit it on time with the necessary enclosures to be considered for the admission procedure.

IASE postgraduate programs include M.Sc., MBA, and M.A. courses. All the courses have their own specializations. The M.Sc. course requires the candidate to be a Science graduate while the M.A. program requires a B.A. degree. The MBA program will consider any graduate for admission.

Admissions to these programs are strictly on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination. Candidates shall also have to appear for a personal interview before final selection.

Candidates who are selected on the basis of the merit also have to pay the necessary fees and submit the relevant documents required by the university.

IASE also offers M.Ed. along with their B.Ed. programs. The program has a total intake of 40 seats every year. Candidates with graduation in any discipline can apply for the program.

Candidates must clear the M.Ed. entrance examination, PMET to be admitted into the course. The aspiring candidates must visit the PMET official website to register for the examination

The qualified candidates shall be called for the PMET Counselling session where they will be allotted seats. Candidates must take care to bring all the necessary documents to the counseling, which may include all the academic documents as well as the entrance exam details.

IASE Deemed University offers Ph.D. in various subjects, in Biotechnology, Management, Education, History, and Geography. All these specializations require the candidate to be a graduate in the relevant subjects. Admissions to these courses will be on the basis of the entrance test conducted by the State Govt agency.

Candidates who clear the entrance test will be allotted seats during the Counselling session. They have to submit all the necessary documents at the time of admission.
