IIS University offers various undergraduate, postgraduate and research courses under 14 departments. The University offers professional courses such as BBA, BCA, B.Sc. (Fashion Design), B.Sc.-B.Ed. B.A.- B.Ed. and co-educational programmes such as Library and Information Science.
Admission to UG and PG courses is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination. Selection to Ph.D is done on the basis of Research Entrance Test (RET). For MBA, a candidate must clear CAT/MAT followed by a Group discussion and personal Interview round. Admission to professional diploma in Clinical Psychology is based on entrance exam followed by Group discussion round and Personal Interview. The entrance test consists of 50 Objective Type, and one (01) Essay type question. The exam is of 60 marks and personal interview round and GD is of 40 marks.
The University also provides vocational counselling based on Psychometric Testing to all the prospective students so that they can take an informed decision about their career options and choices. The vocational guidance & counselling provided to the students is based on assessment of their Interest, Aptitude and Personality. A career report is generated for each student who avails this facility. This is followed by a detailed vocational counselling session with the certified career counsellor. Psychometric testing can be done by choosing the option on the entrance test registration form with an additional payment of INR 500.

IIS University offers MBA in nine eight specialization and MCA at PG level.
Minimum eligibility for MBA is candidate must pass in Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks from recognized university. For MCA, candidate must pass in BCA, B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) with Mathematics at 10+2 or degree level.
