About GADVASU

Guru Angad Dev Veterinary Animal Science University was established in August 2005. University provides admission in the B.V.Sc, B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc., M.V.Sc., and M.F.Sc courses. Apart from UG and PG courses, the university also provides a Diploma and Ph.D. in the same discipline.

Ans. The academic year at GADVASU university starts in July every year and continues till next year June. The whole year is divided into 2 semesters. Each semester is of 21 weeks

Ans. Students having a valid student visa can apply for admissions in the college. Students who are from SAARC countries need to pay USD 2000 per year, while other students will have to pay USD 4000 per year. Students who are a part of specific programs like Cultural technical exchange, Nepal Aid Fund, Colombo plan, will be charged at Indian student rates.

Ques. What is the OCPA requirement for the Ph.D. Dairy Microbiology course?

Ans. To get admission for the Ph.D. Dairy Microbiology course, the OCPA at the Masters level should be 7 out of 10 and at Bachelors’s level should be 5.5 out of 10.
