The fee structure of all the NITs is almost the same and there are no more increments in the student fees throughout the year There are many scholarships provided by government authorities like NSP ONGC IOCL and other organisations scholarship attending is a very easy and simple process it can be beneficial first to those students who have a family background of low financial condition
Considering the fee hike, loans and all other factors I think the course that I have opted for is pretty much affordable as the college also provides financial assistance, internships and placements. I heard of many scholarships such as NSP, BPCL scholarship, etc.
The institute fee is 62000 per semester and the hostel fee is 25000 per semester. Many scholarships are provided by the college and alumni network. Our college provides internship opportunities and campus placement.
Fees are not that high, all NITs have similar Fee Structure. 84000 per semester 43000 hostel mess fees per semester 100% Tuition Fee waiver for SC/ST/PH students. Full remission of the Tuition Fee for General and OBC students whose family income is less than Rs.1 lakh per annum. Remission of 2/3rd of the Tuition Fee for General and OBC students whose family income is between Rs.1 lakh to Rs.5 lakh per annum. There are many other scholarships like Reliance Foundation, ONGC Scholarships and many more,
NITs are really affordable even if compared with IITs. If the family income is less than 5 lpa, or comes under some certain quota, then fee waiver is applied and amounts to almost nothing, when compared to private colleges.
Fee structure for NIT's are quite satisfiable. If u go towards the private sector., you have to spend more money. And the opportunities u gainiy are less comparitably. Also if you are belonging from the reserved sector, u will access much financial assistance for the admission. Your fees will almost halfy reduced if u are a OBC Reseved candidate and it will fully reduced for the SC candidate. Scholarship are also quite satisfiable. Many more programs and internship opportunities u receive during ur 4 year jouney. U will achieve a 25000 fee waiver after scoring 9+ CGPA in ur first year and have to maintain its sustainability. There is a good placement opportunities too. For the chemical engineering students, the placement percentage is 80% from the appearing candidate that was quite good. Our Institute offers many placement in this branch as compared to other esteemed Institute.
