Students can begin applying for internships in their 3rd year, with the chance to receive pre-placement offers based on their performance. Final-year students participate in placement activities, while dual degree students start internships in their 4th year and engage in placements in their 5th year. Placement opportunities are particularly strong for Computer Science students in the software industry, while Electrical and Electronics students also enjoy favorable prospects. Core branches like Civil, Mechanical, and Metallurgy have satisfactory placements. Students from all branches are allowed to apply for software company jobs, either on-campus or off-campus. The per semester fee, covering hostel and mess, is approximately ₹1,30,000. Scholarships are available for students from economically weaker backgrounds, but only one official scholarship, such as the National Scholarship (NSP), can be applied for at a time.
