Central University of Kerala Admission 2024: Dates, UG, PG, PhD, Courses, Fees, Eligibility Criteria

Here we are providing the details of full-time three years, Bachelor of Arts course at UG level offered by the college. The minimum eligibility for admission in BA is a pass in 10+2 with at least 50% marks in aggregate. The selection of the candidates is based on merit in the qualifying examination and score in CUET.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have at least 50% marks or equivalent in Plus Two from a recognized Board (studied in 10+2 system).Up to 5% relaxation in marks for SC/ST candidates.
• The candidates should not have completed 19 years of age.

Selection Process

• In order to get admission, eligible candidates need to sit for a National level Entrance exam known as Common University Entrance Test (CUET) organized and conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA).
• Based on the rank obtained and college selected, seat allotment will be done
• Selected candidates will be informed through a call.
• All the selected candidates need to report at the college for further admission process along with valid documents.

• All candidates having a three-year/five-year regular L.L.B. Degree from a recognized University (studied in 10+2+3+3/10+2+5 system) with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade point in the aggregate.

Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s Degree in the concerned /allied/relevant subject with a minimum of 55% marks, or with a CGPA of 6.0 in the 10 point scale in the qualifying examination, from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission.
• Up to 5% relaxation in the minimum requirement of marks is granted to SC/ST candidates.

Selection Process

• Candidates have to apply and appear for the CUET Exam 2023.
• Candidates who have qualified UGC/ National/NET/ shall be exempted from entrance examination of P.hD and shall be eligible directly for appearing in Personal Interview.
• The selection of candidates will be made on merit prepared from marks obtained in the entrance exam, in Personal interview (PI), and in their Post Graduation examination.
• Selected candidates will have to present in Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
• Selected candidates can take admission on the required date.
• For admission to Ph.D. Program, the candidates working in CUK Research Projects and those holding Financial Assistance from Govt. of India/Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship (RGNF)/Maulana Azad National Fellowship (MANF), etc. are required to pass in the written entrance test as well as Interview
• The candidates having any financial assistance such as RGNF, MANF, etc., will be given priority over those without any financial assistance, subject to qualifying entrance test.
