VTU UG Admission 2023
VTU offers B.Tech, B.Tech (Lateral), B.Plan & B.Arch courses at the UG curriculum in plenty of disciplines. The B.Tech, B.Plan & B.Arch courses are offered for the duration of 4 & 5 years respectively & B.Tech (Lateral) courses take 3 years to complete. VTU UG Eligibility Criteria
- For B.Tech courses students need to have 45% marks in aggregate at their 10+2 level from a recognised board with PCM subjects combination.
- For B.Arch, candidates must have passed an examination at the end of 2nd PUC/12th Std/ 10+2 scheme of examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or 10+3 Diploma examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
- For B.Plan, students must obtain 50% marks in either Pre-University examination conducted by the Karnataka State Pre-University Board with Mathematics as a compulsory subject or 10+2 with Mathematics & Physics as compulsory subjects together with Chemistry/ Engineering Drawing/ Computer Science/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Electronics/ Computers from a recognized board.
