Central Library: The library offers readers a spacious reading area with a large stack of shelves where they can consult books and other publications using an open access system. The library occupies 3000 square meters in total, of which 1500 square meters are used for inventory stacking, 500 square meters are used as a reading hall, and the remaining space on the ground floor is used for circulation, a photocopy room, librarians' offices, and other staff areas.
