(Electronics Engineering/Micro-Electronics/Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Electronics & Control/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Power Electronics/Power System/Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology/Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning/Internet of Things/Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ Control Engineering/Mechatronics/ Robotics/Optoelectronics Engineering and equivalent) with at least 55% marks (52.25% for SC candidates of Haryana).
OR
M.Sc. in Physics, Electronics, IT, Computer or equivalent subjects.
