B.Tech is the most expensive course in this university (even more than MBA), But if you compare it to similar Government Univesities and Colleges like NITs, the fees here is much lower, I am attaching the document for all the fees as there are way too many categories, but you could live in hostel or PG, hostel is a cheaper option as it is inside the campus and campus is very big, so you will have to walk over a kilometer just to attend classes, so a two-wheeler (preferred) or a bicycle is important here,
Hostel+Mess - around 5-6K per month
Extra Travel and eatig out- around 3-4K a month
a student would ideally require around 9-10K a month to live comfortably like a king
