Kachchh University, Gujarat Scholarships
Kachchh University provides very few scholarships on its own. Most of the scholarships are only available for candidates belonging to minority communities. However, candidates can also apply for scholarships provided by state or central government, based on their eligibility. Some of them are:
- Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana, Gujarat: Candidates in the first year of their graduation degree who scored 80% marks in 10th/12th examinations and annual family income less than INR 6 LPA are eligible for this scholarship.
- Post SSC Scholarship for Girls (NTDNT), Gujarat: Girl candidates belonging to NTDNT category, pursuing graduation or post graduation degree are eligible for this scholarship.
- Fellowship Scheme for M.Phil and PhD Students (SEBC), Gujarat: Candidates belonging to SEBC category, pursuing a PhD or M.Phil degree and annual family income less than INR 45,760 can apply for this scholarship.
- Swami Vivekanand Stipend Scheme for Technical and Professional Courses (Minority), Gujarat: Candidates belonging to minority community, pursuing a professional or technical course and annual family income less than INR 1.20 Lakh (for rural area) and INR 1.50 Lakh (for the urban area) can apply for this scholarship.
- Higher Education Scheme, Gujarat: Candidates pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in medical, arts, commerce, science etc disciplines are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
