HNGU Ph.D. Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidate must acquire a Master’s Degree with at least an aggregate score of 55% marks in the concerned subject from any renowned and known University or Institute.
  • A valid score and rank in the entrance exam (if conducted).

NOTE: A relaxation of 5% is provided to the Master’s level for Scheduled Caste (SC) /Scheduled Tribes (ST) category candidates.

HNGU Ph.D. Admission Guidelines

HNGU Ph.D. Admissions are done through an entrance test and admission round- interview for each Ph.D. specialization at HNGU University. The Entrance Test is followed by an interview conducted by the Research Board appointed by the university itself. 

Final Admission and seat allotment to the Ph.D. degree is based on the Candidate’s performance in the Interview.

HNGU Ph.D. Entrance Exam Details

The university conducts an entrance exam for Ph.D. admissions. 

The result is declared through the university's official website. The University declares the results along with the release of the merit list of candidates within 45 days from the examination. The candidates can check and download the results by the use of an Admit Card.
