Ahmedabad University Need-Based Scholarship

Ahmedabad University Need-Based Scholarships offer diverse career opportunities and education for students belonging to different social backgrounds. 

• A total of 80% of students receive support from Ahmedabad University to minimize their educational costs. 
• Under this scholarship scheme, a partial or full waiver of the tuition fee is granted to the candidate. 
• The student is eligible for a full and partial tuition fee waiver if the annual family income is up to INR 5,00,000 and INR 10,00,000 respectively. (Not applicable for B.Tech Students)
• The university will conduct an assessment of the family income, expenditure pattern, and assets and a personal visit to the family residence/business by an independent audit agency before the final decision. 
• In case a student qualifies for an Academic and a Need-Based Scholarship, the Academic Scholarship will be awarded first, and the Need-Based Scholarship will include the balance (if any).

Ahmedabad University Ahmedabad Fellowship

The fellowship will offer a 100% waiver of the tuition fees and it can be renewed annually for Bachelors/Integrated Masters Programmes. 

• Fellowship with Student Housing will be given to the top five students who are residents in cities that are outside Gujarat. 
• After a holistic assessment of the candidate, these fellowships are awarded to the Bachelor and Integrated Masters Programmes at the time of admission. 
• These fellowships can be renewed on the basis of the academic performance of the candidate. 
• Ahmedabad Fellowships will be awarded to B.Tech students above a specified AIR in JEE (Main Examination)
• A full waiver of the tuition for four years is granted to the first 500 rankers from the list prepared by ACPC (Admission Committee for Professional Courses)

Ahmedabad University Ahmedabad Scholarship

• At the time of admissions, a one-time 100% tuition fee waiver is given to the students admitted to Bachelors and Integrated Masters Programmes. 
• After a holistic assessment of the candidate, these fellowships are awarded and are subject to student academic performance. 

Ahmedabad University Merit Scholarship

• Ahmedabad University Merit Scholarships are awarded to the highest-scoring student in each program from the second year onwards based on their academic performance.
• The number of Merit scholarships will be proportionate to the number of students enrolled in each programme.

Ahmedabad University Mahatma Gandhi Scholarship

Ahmedabad Univerisity Mahatma Gandhi Scholarship engages itself in gathering the brightest and most deserving students across the country. The Scholarship will provide a full tuition fee waiver, and room and board for students from outside Ahmedabad applicable to a maximum of ten students in a year. The Mahatma Gandhi Scholars Programme also provides other benefits for the selected students.

Ahmedabad University Mahatma Gandhi Scholars will have the following benefits:

• Full fee waiver including the Tuition Fee, fee for Study Materials and Text Books, and the Security Deposit
• Fee waiver for any Independent Study Period courses
• Hostel fees (Available to Ahmedabad Scholars too) 
• Reimbursement for the purchase of a laptop 
• If deemed necessary, a stipend to cover living expenses during internships

Ahmedabad University The Daksha Niranjan Shah Scholarship

• The Daksha Niranjan Shah Scholarship is launched to support a girl student in her undergraduate education at Ahmedabad University.
• Preference is given more to the first learner in the family. 
• This scholarship will be awarded to the same girl until she graduates from Ahmedabad University. 

Ahmedabad University Scholarship for College Board India Scholars Programme for New Students

• Ahmedabad University offers 100% Tuition Scholarships to the top scores in SAT from India for their entire undergraduate program. 
• A candidate must complete the application formalities with the Central Board before applying.
