Admission to National Law University (NLU) Delhi is based exclusively on the All India Law Entrance Exam (AILET), which is assessed out of 150 marks. Each year, around 80 students are admitted based on their exam performance. The university has a faculty-to-student ratio ranging from 1:6 to 1:12, ensuring personalized attention, with 120 faculty members for approximately 600 BALLB students. The course is structured into two semesters per year, each involving mid-semester exams, projects, vivas, and end-semester exams.
A cumulative 50% is required to pass each subject. The total course fee is Rs. 6.35 Lakhs, with Rs. 1.33 Lakhs for the first year and Rs. 1.26 Lakhs for the remaining years, excluding hostel charges.
