Bastar University offers a well structured Bachelor in Arts program in a wide range of specializations such as Sociology, Ancient Indian History, Philosophy, Anthropology, Political Science, Hindi Literature, Sanskrit Literature, Sanskrit, Mathematics, Economics, Psychology, Geography, English Literature, Home Science, and History. Each specialization is a 3 years course consisting of 3 parts i.e each year is considered one part.

• The minimum requirement to apply for a B.A. in Bastar University is that the candidate should have completed 10+2 from a recognized board.
• The admission to B.A. in Bastar University is purely based on merit i.e the marks scored in the previous qualifying examination (10+2).

How To Apply?

The application can be done in both online and offline mode. 

Online Mode

• Visit the official examination website of Bastar University and then click on “New Admission”.
• If you are a registered user, log into your account with the credentials.
• If you are a new user, fill up the “Registration of Applicant” form after selecting the “Course/Program Code & Name” from the drop-down menu.
• After filling up the form click on “Send OTP” to verify your mobile number.
• Next, you will receive your User ID and Password on your registered E-mail ID.
• Now, log into your account using the credentials received on your registered E-mail ID.
• Upload all the required documents. Refer to the “Required Documents section of this page to know the documents you need to upload.
• Pay the application fee. The application fee can be paid online or via DD. In case of DD, courier or post it to the following address:

• Take the print out of the application for future reference.

Offline Mode

• For offline mode, you can visit the university campus or download the form the official examination website of Bastar University.
• In case you are visiting the University campus, the admission brochure is available at the admission office for INR 200.
• In case you are downloading the form, log into your account with the credentials if you are a registered user.
• If you are a new user, fill up the “Registration of Applicant” form after selecting the “Course/Program Code & Name” from the drop-down menu.
• After filling up the form click on “Send OTP” to verify your mobile number.
• Next, you will receive your User ID and Password on your registered E-mail ID.
• Now, log into your account using the credentials received on your registered E-mail ID and download the form.
• Fill up the form completely.
• Attach all the required documents.
• You can now directly visit the university campus and submit the form along with the application fee in the admission office.

Note: The merit list will be declared on the official examination website of Bastar University. The applicant shortlisted will be called for counselling. The applicant must bring the original documents for counselling.
