About LNMU

LNMU is a NAAC Grade B public university affiliated with UGC and DEB. LNMU has a residential campus of 230 acres with modern facilities and support services for the students. The university offers a number of undergraduate and postgraduate including B.Ed, B.Sc, M.Sc, M.Ed courses to its students across Arts, Commerce, and Science streams. LNMU Admission

LNMU offers admissions to UG courses based on merit in the qualifying examination. However, for Btech program, admissions are based on the scores of combined admission test & Engineering entrance TEST (CAT - EAT) conducted by the University. PG admissions at LNMU is based on Merit in the qualifying exam but for admissions to MBA program CMAT/ MAT scores are considered. LNMU PhD admissions are based on the scores obtained in the PhD Admission Test (PAT) and Interview conducted by the University.

LMNU Application Process

Candidates need to follow below mentioned steps to apply for LNMU Admissions:

Visit the LNMU official website lnmu.ac.in.
Click on the “Admissions”.
Click on “UG Admission” if you want to apply for an Undergraduate program or click on “PG Admission” if you want to apply for a postgraduate program.
Now Register yourself with Mobile Number and Get Login Credentials.
Login using Credentials received on your mobile.
Fill out the Application form.
Upload all the required documents and passport-size photos
Make Payment and Take Print of completed Application Form.

How to Apply for LMNU BEd?

LNMU also offers professional programs such as B.Ed/ integrated B.Ed. Admission to LNMU BEd and Integrated B.Ed program is based on the Bihar B.Ed CET conducted by lnmu. Following are the steps to apply for LNMU B.Ed program:

Visit the official website; http://test.bihar-cetbed-lnmu.in/index.
Click on the “register now” button.
Register yourself by entering the required fields such as name, email id, phone number, and the course you are applying for.
An OTP will be sent to your number. Enter the same for verification.
Upload documents including colored photographs, the impression of your left thumb, and full signature. All images must be between 20 to 50 kb.
After uploading the images, you should be able to log in using the credentials communicated to you via mail or SMS.
Now start filling the form by entering details such as your name, parents’ name, domicile, gender, family income, nationality, date of birth, and upload caste certificate if applicable.
Next in the generic section, select govt id proof, id proof number, if you are a ward of freedom fighter, and identification mark if any. Save these details.
Next in the address section, enter your address line, district, pin, state. Save the details.
In the qualification section, you must enter board, year of passing, marks, mark sheet number for class 10, class 12, graduation, and post-graduation. Upload the marks sheet and select the degree.
Next, select exam centers. Candidates can choose up to 3 centers in order of their preference.
Agree with the declaration and submit the form.
In the final step, make the payment in online mode.
You can view the details by clicking on the view application button. Submit the application form and take its printout for future use.

After this the candidate will be required to appear for the entrance. If the candidate qualifies the Entrance Test, the/she can further participate in LNMU BEd Counselling and finally get admitted to LNMU BEd program.

LNMU Login

LMNU Login Portal for students allows the students access several facilities like they can look up information about themselves, communicate with one another, contact teachers, see when tests are scheduled, and ask for help. Bascally, LNMU Login portal is a login page where students can provide a username and password to access the institution's programs and educational materials. Also, upcoming events are notified to the students through the portal. The Login credentials are provided to the students after they have been enrolled in their desired course.

LNMU Result

The university declares results for all semesters as well as annual examinations on its website in PDF format. Students can check the LNMU result of entrance exams, Distance results, revaluation results, admit card, examination schedule, and mark sheets from the website. There is no separate scholarship provided by the university. However, the fees are heavily subsidized.

The infrastructure is good the buildings are neat and clean. The best places are the libraries and the grounds. There are common rooms for boys and girls separately. A hostel facility is also available. Campus wi-fi facility is available. I have completed my intermediate of science and bachelor of Science (Botany) from C M Sc. College. The teaching faculty members of this college are very supportive and kind to the students. They always encourage the students to learn new things. But the main issue is not enough facilities are available. There is a good botanical garden-type campus where students used to sit and discuss. A sports facility is also available. Supportive staff, friendly atmosphere.

There is nothing such as eligibility for the course we have to just have 45 marks in the subject in which we want to have honors in. We find the application form on the official website of the BNMU university. No, I don't avail of the reservation benefits but I know there is some debate in the fees if you avail it. Their process is much more improved than before I am happy with it.

Lalit Narayan Mithila University has more than nine faculties are science, art, commerce, law, computer application and IT, education, management and business administration, humanities and other.The university offers various facilities for the student Like hostel, library, lab, law, sport copmlex, auditorium and other facilities to the students. The distance education bureau ( DEB ) of UGC has allowed only Nalanda open University ( NOU ) and Lalit Narayan Mithila University in Bihar.
