Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must attain a 2:2 (or overseas equivalent) in an undergraduate degree that has included a range of modules in accounting/finance or quantitative/statistical methods. This need not necessarily be a degree with accounting or finance in the title.
Indian Students Eligibility:
- Applicants must have a bachelor degree that has included a range of modules in accounting/finance or quantitative/statistical methods with 55% from recognised institution.. This need not necessarily be a degree with accounting or finance in the title.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.

- Applicants from non-European countries who seek an international degree at Swansea University require a student visa. Once the student is accepted by the university, he /she should apply for a ‘short-term study visa (for a duration of fewer than 6 months)’ or ‘Tier-4 (General) student visa’.
- The application needs to be made through the UK Embassy or UK High Commission at their place of permanent residence. One must apply for a visa 3 months prior to the commencement of the course.
An applicant needs to pay the visa application fee before applying for a student visa and submit the following documents:
- Acceptance Letter
- CAS Number (Issued by the university)
- Proof of Financial support
- Passport
- Evidence of English Language Proficiency, if required.
- Once done with all the formalities, schedule and attend the visa interview.
