- The MSc in Project Management in Construction program is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), and the Association for Project Management (APM).
- The course is delivered through a range of industry-aligned modules.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have a minimum of a second class honours degree.
- Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL or PTE to get admission to this program.

Indian students are eligible to apply if they complete one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students should hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, usually in a relevant subject area.
- Students in standard XII should score 65% in English (only when awarded from CBSE, CISCE, Maharashtra, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana).
