MA course is about studying and playing music. It’s about expanding the horizons, working together, and immersing themself in the training that students need to establish a successful career in the music industry. In this program, students learn from professional musicians while gaining hands-on experience in performing. Students start studying a breadth of musical genres, including rock, pop, classical, jazz, and electronic, and have the opportunity to compete for a variety of prizes, such as the Kirklees Composition Competition.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have a good honours degree preferably in Music or a related subject and/or evidence of industry/professional practice experience.
- Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL or PTE to get admission to this program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they complete one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students should hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, usually in a relevant subject area.
- Students in standard XII should score 65% in English (only when awarded from CBSE, CISCE, Maharashtra, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana).
