- This flexible, MA Education (Leadership and Management) is part of our newly updated suite of MA Education programs which allow students to graduate with a focus upon a key aspect of the education system.
- The MA Education is designed to develop professional practice and enable students to implement positive change either within the classroom or their work environment.
- The Leadership and Management specialism will teach students to observe leadership and management theory, practice, and research in relation to various contexts.
- This specialism is equally suited to applicants who have limited leadership experience in education and those who aspire to roles in management.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- A minimum of a 2:2 honours degree or an equivalent qualification such as a Certificate in Education (Cert Ed).
- Other professional qualifications and relevant professional experience will also be considered.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students need an undergraduate degree with 55% (52% from Delhi/Mumbai/Pune Universities).
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
