- Accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), this course will educate students in a diverse and insightful range of topics linked to people in the workplace, including subjects such as managing change, employment relations, culture, motivation, and leadership.
- The dual focus of this degree helps to equip with a wide spectrum of knowledge and skills, with the opportunity to follow a general business pathway alongside a specialized focus on Human Resource Management (HRM). As part of this, students will gain a strong understanding of fundamental business concepts practices, and methods.
- Students will also be able to acquire a thorough knowledge of key management topics and techniques, alongside studying modules such as Politics in Business, Employment Relations, Business Research Issues and Analysis, and HRM in the Workplace.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
The following are the entry requirements :
- A typical offer is 112 UCAS points. Students need to study at least two subjects at A-level or equivalent (eg BTEC)
- Five GCSEs grades A-C including; English Language and Maths

Pass Access with 30 Level 3 credits at Merit (or equivalent)
English (Language or Literature) and Maths GCSE required as separate qualifications at grade C
University will normally require students to have had a break from full-time education before undertaking the Access course
