- Medical engineering applies engineering principles and design concepts to medicine and biology for healthcare purposes.
- The field seeks to close the gap between engineering and medicine through multidisciplinary working and engineering knowledge is also used to understand the body better, so that new and innovative tools can be developed for the medical community to improve the health and well-being of the population.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:

A-level: A*AA including Mathematics and either Physics, Chemistry or Biology. The A* must be in Mathematics or Physics if presented.
Where an A-level Science subject is taken, they require a pass in the practical science element, alongside the achievement of the A-level at the stated grade.
Excludes A-level General Studies or Critical Thinking.
Indian Students Eligibility:
- Applicants must have passed 12th grade from a recognized institution.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.

- Transcripts: Students must submit a copy of their degree certificate and transcript, or a partial transcript if they are still studying.
- Statement of marks - The marks statement provided by the education board.
- Letter of Recommendation - This shows who recommended the student to pursue the degree.
- Personal Statement - This is an essay or any written statement written by the student while applying in a minimum of 250 words.
- English Language Requirement - This shows the test score of English Proficiency Exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, etc.
