As per the table shown above, the ranking for Arts and humanities witnessed a drop of 1 as compared to last year’s ranking. Although it has witnessed a growth of 15 from 2019 to 2020. It has an overall score of 49.4.

If we talk about other subjects, we have seen a huge drop in the ranking of every subject except Life sciences as it did not witnessed so much drop in its ranking from the previous year and it remained the same from last year. Life sciences has an overall score of 96.7.

The University has been struggling in Engineering and Technology as the ranking is slightly dropping from the last 3 years.

On the other hand, psychology also witnessed growth in 2020, later it also witnessed a drop in the latest ranking.

Subject-wise Ranking: QS Global

As per the QS ranking 2020, the subjects that were listed in top-50 are Engineering minerals and mining(ranked #14), Sports and related subjects(ranked #10), Geography(ranked #21), Environmental Studies(38), History(ranked #50).

As per the table, the ranking of Engineering mineral and mining, Sports and related subjects and are continuously growing since last 3 years.

The ranking of Geography and Environmental studies are decreasing continuously except rank of 2019 when Environmental Studies witnessed a growth of 14 points.

On the other, some subjects have not witnessed any growth nor any decline in their ranking, naming Business management and computer science.
