The offered by the Cranfield University begins with the fundamentals of autonomous vehicle dynamics and control, and progresses to the core subjects of guidance & navigation, decision making, sensor fusion, data & information fusion, communication & and networking. A choice of optional modules allows individual tailoring of these subjects to specialise in appropriate subject areas.
The taught part of the course is followed by Individual Research Projects (IRPs) and the topic of each of the IRPs is provided by one of the member of the Industrial Advisory Board. Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- A first or second class honors degree in engineering, engineering science, applied mathematics, physics etc.
- Several years of relevant work experience can also be considered as equivalent
- Applicants not fulfilling any of the above criteria need to complete a pre-masters course
English Language Requirements:
- IELTS Academic: minimum 6.5 overall with 5.5 in each subject
- TOEFL: minimum 92 in IBT and minimum skill component scores of 18 reading, 17 listening, 20 speaking and 17 writing
- PTE: minimum 65 overall and 59 in all skill components
- Cambridge Assessment: minimum 180 overall and 160 in all skill component
