Course Curriculum
Course curriculum is good and faculty is great overall. But like all Masters programs in Data Science currently, they tend to scratch the surface and not go in depth. Plus since it's a year long and not 2 years unlike the US and Canada, things can get hectic. But there are great opportunities in the field and a huge shortage for DS professionals. My advice: do projects on your own. Don't just depend on your degree. Employers want to see initiative and how well rounded you are as a person. Work experience can really help as well.

Approx 35000 GBP. Scholarships in UK are not easy to get. But you can look online.
MSc Data Science is a 1-year program offered on a full-time basis. The program provides a solid grounding in the theory and practice of data science. Students will develop specialist knowledge in statistics, machine learning, and software technology. This course provides students with the tools to become industry experts with a strong mathematical foundation.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students should have a first or strong second-class Bachelor’s honours degree or international equivalent.
- To apply for this course students who have an undergraduate degree can be in computer science with a strong mathematical focus, mathematics, or any joint mathematics subject.
- Statistics, physics, astrophysics, engineering maths, or other science degrees with sufficient baseline maths are also suitable.
- International applicants may need to pass an English language test and submit their scores.
Indian Students:
Students should have a Bachelor's degree with a final overall result of at least first class.
